Exercise is what...I gladly accept the 30 challenge! Exercise is what I do so the challenge for myself is to eat more fruits/vegetables. For most of us if we concentrate on increasing the fruits/vegetables and decreasing the red meat, high starch foods and carbonated drinks...that's our battle with eating right! I have been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. I would like to offer advice for exercising rather you want to get started with a exercise regime or needing some more option to your regular routine.
